Someone you know might experience a mental illness or crisis. You can help them.
Did you know you’re more likely to encounter someone in emotional or mental crisis than someone having a heart attack? Through this training, you’ll learn to implement the 5-step action plan and offer initial help to people with signs and symptoms of a mental illness or crisis, as well as connecting them with professional, peer, social, or self-help care.
